Issue: CSS layout issues on Edge Incognito (InPrivate) homepage

While using Microsoft Edge in InPrivate mode, I noticed a couple of UI layout issues on the homepage. These issues appear to be related to CSS and may depend on screen resolution.

Observed Issues:

  1. Unexpected vertical scrollbar inside card:
A vertical scrollbar appears inside the card with id inprivate-tracking-prevention-toggle.
The same behavior also appears on the second card on the page.

  2. Section overlap:
Some of the "Do" sections on the page appear to overlap with each other, which affects the layout and readability.

Proposed Fix
I have already investigated this locally and was able to fix the layout issues.
If this issue is confirmed, I would be happy to work on it and submit a pull request with the fix.
